  At YL, we are seeing a growing number of cross disciplinary projects spanning brand strategy, design, film, and digital content. Our work with both domestic and international clients continues to expand, and as we aim to elevate the quality of our creative output and scale as a team, the role of a Creative Director has become essential.
  
  We are looking for someone who can grasp the essence of a brand, balancing a global perspective with a deep understanding of the Japanese market. Someone who embraces cross-functional collaboration and inspires the team to raise the creative bar together.
  
  Now, as our project portfolio grows, we believe it is the right moment to bring on a Creative Director who can help us maintain creative consistency and distinctiveness while leading YL’s brand and creative vision forward.

  ROLE REQUIREMENTS 求める人材像

  • Knowledge of the Japanese market and ability to lead brand storytelling and creative expression with a global perspective. 日本市場に対する深い理解とグローバルな視野を持ち、ブランドストーリーやクリエイティブ表現をリードできる
  • Ability to shape brand concepts, visual tone, and end-to-end creative direction. ブランドコンセプトやビジュアルトーン、体験全体のクリエイティブディレクションを設計できる
  • Strong attention to quality and ability to execute across design, video, and content production. デザイン、映像、コンテンツ制作における高い品質意識と実行力

  QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE 必須スキル

  • Business level English or higher (due to many global projects). 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（グローバル案件多数のため）
  • 5+ years experience in an agency or branding/creative role. エージェンシーまたはブランディング／クリエイティブ領域での5年以上の経験
  • Experience across design, video, digital experiences, and events. デザイン、映像、デジタル体験、イベントなど、幅広いアウトプットに携わった経験
  • Ability to manage creative quality consistently from concept to final output. コンセプト開発から最終アウトプットまで一貫したクリエイティブ品質管理能力

  At YL, we love to work with fresh talent and cherish the opportunity to offer creatives the chance to develop and grow through real-world, on-the-job experience.
  
  YL is currently looking for Tokyo-based interns interested in creative strategy and ideation to work alongside the internal YL team on a range of projects, both for external clients and in-house projects.
  
  A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than past experience. Ideally, you’d be able to communicate fluently in English and/or Japanese as those are the main languages used in the office.

  CONDITIONS 条件

  • Transportation fee is covered 交通費は支給されます。
  • This is a paid internship, so there will be a stipend (negotiable) 有給のインターンシップです。
  • Office/ remote hybrid work model is possible オフィスワーク/リモートワークのハイブリッドワークが可能です。
  • Time dedication is flexible, but ideally, we'd like someone who can dedicate 24 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months. 勤務時間は柔軟ですが、週に24時間、最低3ヶ月という条件での参加を希望しています。
